The Street of Dreams is the first and longest running in the nation, and it all began with the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland in 1976. So it was truly an honor when Jeff Smith, owner of JT Smith Companies, was told his property The Vineyard was to be the site of the 2012 Street of Dreams.
Jeff Smith and his wife Teresa found The Vineyard many years ago. They loved the land and location so much, he and his wife decided to establish their own personal residence on the property to raise their two children.
JT Smith Companies built Mystic Ridge, a 4,500 square foot, 3 bed room, 4 bath home with an available 4th bed room in the basement and a bonus room upstairs with attention to elements of fire, water and earth. Beautiful natural stone throughout the home, modern technology including a hydroponic herb garden and home brewing station with temperature controlled wine storage, and an open floor plan, more than accommodates for entertaining and easy living.
The 2012 Street of Dreams event was held from July 28 to August 26th. There were 7 complete homes showcased this year and an estimated 50,000 guests in attendance over the month. The Vineyard is comprised of 29 home sites total, ranging from 3000 - 4400 square feet and priced from the $750's to 1.2 million. The builders focused on constructing these homes with eco-friendly, modern and luxury elements. With breathe taking views of the valley and a wonderful neighborhood community, it's an amazing opportunity to build YOUR dream home at a price you can afford.

JT Smith Companies linked up with The Amy Roloff Charity Foundation this year for the 2012 Annual ARCF Golf Tournament. It is through events like the golf tournaments, holiday music concerts and annual auctions that Amy's foundation helps the people in need that are dear to her heart. The ARCF's donations help support establishments such as the Providence Child Center, Boys and Girls Club, Bridge Meadows an Intergenerational neighborhood serving foster kids and seniors and Homeless families warming centers. Through a generous donation of $10,000 at the 2012 ARCF golf tournament, Jeff Smith, too, believes in aiding these causes. JT Smith Companies was honored to have been a part of such a great event and looking forward to more in the future.
